Suspension & Shock Repair Built for Real Trail Use
Shock rebuilds, bushing and A-arm work, and load-and-terrain tuning done on-site — specialty component work that deserves more than a quick bolt-on swap.
Who Needs This
Suspension problems rarely announce themselves loudly at first — they show up as a rougher ride, then as damage to everything downstream of the shock.
- The machine bottoms out hard on whoops, rocks, or washes instead of soaking them up.
- You've got a visibly leaking or weeping shock, or one shock clearly rides different than the others.
- Ride height looks uneven, or the machine pulls to one side under braking or acceleration.
- You've added a winch, bumper, or rack and the stock suspension setup no longer matches the load.

How do I know if my shocks need to be rebuilt?
Visible oil weeping on the shock body, a harsh or bottomed-out ride that wasn't there before, uneven ride height side to side, or a shock that feels noticeably different from the others are all signs it's time for a rebuild. Left alone, a failing shock puts more stress on the bushings and A-arms around it.
What's the difference between a shock rebuild and a shock replacement?
A rebuild tears the shock down, replaces seals and worn internals, and re-services it with fresh oil and nitrogen charge — often at a fraction of new-shock cost. Replacement makes sense when the shock body itself is bent, cracked, or beyond a clean rebuild. We'll tell you honestly which one your machine actually needs.
Can you tune suspension for heavier loads or added racks and winches?
Yes. Adding a winch, bumper, rack, or extra passengers changes the load the suspension is carrying, and spring rate or compression settings often need to shift to match — otherwise you're fighting the extra weight on every rock and whoop section.
Do you work on aftermarket suspension upgrades, not just stock components?
Yes — aftermarket shocks and upgraded A-arms are common on RZR, Maverick, and YXZ builds, and we service and tune those the same as factory components.
